R U OK? – Conversations that Change Lives: Conversations

The purpose of the conversation exercise at the start was to help you all to find something out about one another that perhaps you didn’t already know.
It’s these types of conversations that we want to encourage.
We want people to stop being complacent and REALLY talk and listen to one another.

Two truths and a lie…

This Ice Breaker activity is something we probably all did in Primary School (remember those days?). It can be a great way to warm up to each other and learn details about each other’s lives in a creative way.

So, how do you do it? Easy, just think of three things that no one knows about you. Two of them are real and one you have made up.
Try and see if you can get away with you lie!
